Privacy statement
Short version: we only collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and this site doesn't track you.
Who we are
Webstoep builds websites for local businesses. You can reach us at hello@webstoep.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive:
- your name and email address
- your business name and phone number, if you fill them in
- your message and the topic you chose
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send us there.
Why we use it
Only to answer your question, make you a quote and, if you become a client, to do the work we agreed. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and our agreement with you once you're a client.
Who else sees it
The contact form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form service that passes messages on by email. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare. Neither uses your data for their own marketing. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your message within 12 months. If you do, we keep what we need for the work and for our records, including invoices, which Dutch law requires us to keep for 7 years.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use cookies, ads or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we have about you. Email hello@webstoep.com and we'll do it within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
